Valheim otrzymuje marcową datę premiery na Xbox Series X/S i Xbox Game Pass

To było długo nadchodzi, ale uznana gra przygodowa o przetrwaniu wikingów Valheim wreszcie ma datę premiery na Xbox Series X/S i Game Pass, a deweloper Iron Gate Studios potwierdził, że trafi na konsolę Microsoftu 14 marca.

Valheim oczywiście szturmem podbił świat gier komputerowych, gdy w lutym 2021 roku uruchomił wczesny dostęp na Steamie, sprzedając 4 miliony kopii w zaledwie trzy tygodnie i prawie 7 milionów do lipca tego samego roku. Pomimo ogromnego sukcesu, Iron Gate nadal nie spieszy się z Valheimem i dopiero w listopadzie ubiegłego roku gra otrzymało pierwsze z kilku obiecanych rozszerzeń biomów w postaci Mglistych Krain.

W związku z tym czeka nas długa droga, zanim Valheim będzie gotowy na wydanie 1.0, a studio niedawno potwierdziło swoją kolejną ekspansję biomu, wulkaniczne Ashalnds, jest wciąż w „preprodukcji”.

Don’t be put off though; even in its current form, Valheim is a hugely engaging survival adventure that already offers potentially hundreds of hours of entertainment. As Eurogamer contributor Emma Kent umieścić to w zeszłym roku, “It’s hard to get too angry about [a slow update schedule] for a game that already feels complete.”

Xbox Series X/S players will finally have a chance to see what all the fuss is about when Valheim releases for the console – both for purchase and via Xbox Game Pass – on 14th March. Expect full cross-play compatibility with the Steam version.
