Policja Fiji Times przejęła ponad 4000 roślin marihuany; Rolnik aresztowany w nalocie

A raid conducted by the Labasa Taskforce and Criminal Intelligence Unit last Friday resulted in the discovery of more than 4,000 plants believed to be marijuana.

Police have arrested a 23-year-old farmer of Vusavio, Dogotuki the raid.

Chief Operations Officer (COO) Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police (A/ACP) Livai Driu said the raid was conducted by the officers at the suspect’s farm in Qaranivai, Dogotuki.

Według A/ACP Driu odkryto i skonfiskowano ponad 4,590 roślin uznawanych za marihuanę.

W ubiegłym tygodniu w Wydziale Północnym dokonano także większej liczby aresztowań w związku z przestępstwami narkotykowymi.

He said Divisional task forces continue to focus on those involved in the illegal drug trade, and successful joint raids with other stakeholders is reflective of the momentum of efforts underway in addressing the illicit trade.
