Despite facing initial scepticism, the coin has experienced a surge in value, with its price increasing by over 3000% in just a few days.

Artikli kirjutamise ajal kauples PEPE 0.00000104 dollari väärtuses 24-tunnise kauplemismahuga üle 339 miljoni dollari, mis tõusis umbes 180%. Samuti tõusis Pepe mündi hind päevaga 87% ja selle turuväärtus on 444 miljonit dollarit.

Wojak on veel üks uus memecoin, mis meelitas viimastel nädalatel investoreid ka PEPE-na. Wojak (WOJAK) põhineb populaarsel Interneti-meemil, täpsemalt "Feels Guy" või "Wojak" meemil. Lisaks koges mündi tohutu hinnatõusu, mille väärtus tõusis vaid mõne päevaga üle 1,000%.
