Ingenico تستحوذ على Phos بائع SoftPOS

بالنسبة إلى Ingenico ، يتماشى الاستحواذ مع تحول استراتيجي نحو تقديم الخدمات المستندة إلى البرامج للمدفوعات الرقمية في سوق EftPOS الذي يعتمد على الأجهزة تقليديًا.

يُنظر إلى مساحة SoftPOS على أنها سوق ديناميكية ومتنامية مع تطبيقات متعددة للمدفوعات داخل الممر لدى تجار التجزئة الكبار وكذلك لدى التجار الصغار و "رواد الأعمال المنفردين". من المتوقع أن تنمو القاعدة المثبتة لمحطات SoftPoS من 3.1 مليون في جميع أنحاء العالم في عام 2022 إلى ما يقرب من 12 مليونًا في عام 2027.
